Farid took over in November from Dennis Moerman, who decided to leave the club for personal reasons. Farid has since led RSCA Women to four consecutive wins in the Lotto Super League and past Club YLA to the cup semi-finals.
Farid was previously part of the staff as assistant coach and also has experience as T1 of KV Mechelen, among others.
